Application Method:
- Put the pressure testing cap on the tester
- Put the pressure testing cap closes to the tested edge and move the cap along the tested edge for 2 inches with a 0.68kg force, then return to the starting point.
- The whole distance will be 4 inches
- After the movement, check the pressure testing cap.
If the outermost 2 layers (the simulative skin) have been scratched off, the edge is considered as the sharp edge.
